Welcome to Bridge Clinic! If you’d like to cut back or quit alcohol, drugs, or tobacco, we are here to help! We offer:

• Medications for opioid use disorder like buprenorphine (Suboxone) and others
• Medications for alcohol use disorder like naltrexone (Vivitrol) and others
• Medications for cocaine and methamphetamine use disorder
• Medications to cut back on or quit cigarettes
• Overdose prevention counseling and supplies
• Group for people who use methamphetamine or cocaine
• Referrals to residential treatment or recovery groups
• Referrals to primary medical care
• Referrals to mental health treatment

Hours:

• Drop-in hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 1-3 pm
• Monday: In person and phone clinic 1-5 pm
• Tuesday: Phone clinic 1-5 pm
• Wednesday: In person and phone clinic 1-5 pm
• Thursday: Phone clinic 1-5 pm
• Friday: In person and phone clinic 1-5 pm
• Closed on city holidays (click here for a list)

• If you have other insurance, we can sometimes see patients for a short time to get things stable, help you change insurance, or set you up with another place for care. Give us a call at (415) 205-4665 to discuss options

Languages: We have staff and doctors who are fluent in English and Spanish, and can offer real time interpretation for all other languages
